Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method. Generally, the minimum deposit starts from RM10 for most methods. Daily maximum limits depend on your account's KYC level — fully verified accounts enjoy higher limits. This can sometimes happen due to a temporary technical disruption. First step: wait up to 15 minutes as the deposit may still be processing. If after 30 minutes the deposit still has not been credited, contact Naxwin support via live chat and include: (1) the transaction reference number from your bank or e-wallet, (2) the amount and date of the transaction, (3) a screenshot of the payment receipt. Our team will review and resolve the issue promptly.

Naxwin does not charge any processing fees for deposits. The full amount you enter will be credited to your gaming account with no deductions on our end. Your first withdrawal requires a completed KYC verification as a standard industry security measure. This ensures your winnings can only be withdrawn to an account that genuinely belongs to you. Once KYC is done, subsequent withdrawals will be processed faster. We recommend completing KYC as soon as you register so there's no delay when you're ready to withdraw your winnings.

Cancellation of a withdrawal still in "pending" or "processing" status can be done through the Transaction History section in your account, provided it has not yet been approved to the payment stage. Once a withdrawal has been approved and sent, cancellation is no longer possible. The wagering requirement, or rollover, is the number of times you must wager your bonus amount before it can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, if the wagering requirement is 10x and you receive a RM100 bonus, you need to wager a total of RM1,000 on eligible games before those funds can be withdrawn. Bonus validity periods vary by promotion type. Welcome bonuses are typically valid for 30 days from the activation date. Daily or weekly bonuses have shorter validity periods. Bonuses that expire without meeting the wagering requirement will be automatically removed from your account.
